Every mouza inside an upazila has a unique JL number assigned in the Jurisdiction List. When you search a mouza map, matching the JL number guarantees you have the right mouza even when multiple villages share a name.
Inside the map, every plot polygon carries a dag number. Cross-reference the dag number with the khatian (record of rights) to confirm ownership details, land class and area.

- Dag number → identifies the plot
- Khatian number → identifies the owner record
Always verify all three together before any land transaction.
